Dolly, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Jenkins of Heron, Montana, died Monday evening in this city where they had brought her for treatment. The child had been ill for several weeks but until the week before her death, had not been thought to be in serious condition. Death was caused by cerebro-spinal meningitis. The parents and grandmother of the little girl left Tuesday morning with the body for their home where buriel will take place.--Sandpoint Review (reprinted in The Sanders County Ledger, April 21, 1916, Pg. 4)
