Sarah was the daughter of Gabriel Iszard and Abigail Ledden. She married William Beckett on 29 Jan. 1807 in Gloucester Co., NJ; she was called "Sally" in the marriage record. She converted to Methodism during the Bethel revival. She lived near Blackwoodtown, and later with her son William. She was named in her mother's will, 1850.
