ABOUT Mark's daughter, Maude (3/17/1881-1/2/1919):

"Maude M. "Iris" Warner was married to my grandfather, Dr. George Albert Gorsuch [#60710352], on 17 Mar 1903 in Toledo, Ohio. She was his 2nd wife.

"There was a scandalous (for the time) event which was carried on the front pages of the Toledo Blade from 30 Aug 1906 through 3 September 1906, and in many other Ohio newspapers dealing with Maude's apparent extra-marital relationships. Informant's grandfather (Dr.George Albert Gorsuch) remained married to Maude until her death.

"Maude died on 1/2/1918 in her home at 917 Madison, Toledo; her mother Lillian (Holban) Warner was informant on the death certificate.

"Lillian (Holban) Warner died the following year on 12/30/1919, and she was buried by her brother [?William] in a double grave next to her daughter Maude in Woodlawn Cemetery.

"There was no marker so in 1997, my father, Dr. George E. Gorsuch purchased a marker for both.
