A resident of Port Arthur since 1938, he was a native of Epworth, Iowa. Mr. Andoe was an operator for Gulf Oil Co. who retired in 1975 with 25 years of service. He was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, and an U. S. Air Force veteran of World War II.
Funeral services are slated for 10 a.m. Tuesday in Nunnelly-Stanley-Stickley Chapel of the Chimes, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Geraldine Andoe; three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Newman, Miss Linda Andoe, and Mrs.Lanell Gonzalez; and one grandchild.
