Funeral Held in Third Ward for Leola S. Greco


Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Third war chapel for Leola S. Greco of Burley, Idaho, a former Richfield girl who died at the hospital in Rupert, Idaho, Friday, of complications resulting from a mastoid operation about two weeks ago.


Services had been held in Burley on Sunday and the body was brought to Richfield Monday for services and interment in the city cemetery.


Leola S. Greco was born in Richfield October 1, 1906, a daughter of P. S. and Caroline Hansen Greco. She attended school in Richfield until she was about 14 years of age when the family moved to Burley, Idaho where she finished her studies and was later employed as an assistant in a doctors office, which position she held at the time of her death.


Surviving are her father, P. S. Greco, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Willard W. Anderson, Ruth, Nevada; Mrs. Owen McGary, Shelley, Idaho; Dearl Greco, Rupert, Idaho; Richard Greco, Burley, Idaho and Mrs. Eda Hansen, Burley, Idaho. The mother of the family passed away about twelve years ago and the deceased is the fourth grown child the father has brought to Richfield for burial since he moved to Idaho.
