Ronzel Hale Goodnight 68, of Macfarlan, died Friday June 10, 2005 at his residence.
He was born on Bell Run, Calhoun County, the son of the late Lawerence Hale Goodnight, & Dessie May Richards Goodnight. He worked in the oil fields and timber industry and later retired from O'Ames, of Parkersburg after 28 years of service.
Surviving are his second wife Freda M. Davis Goodnight of Big Bend, five children, Kenny Goodnight, Dedrea Goodnight both of Macfarlin, Donna Rose And Ronzel Goodnight II both of Brohard, and son Jason Goodnight of Big Bend; eight grandchildern; two great grandchildren; and ex-wife Maxine Jones Goodnight of Macfarlin; two brothers Arthur Goodnight of Ravenna Ohio; and Delmas Goodnight of Brohard; two sisters, Mavarine Butler of Bowie Md; and Deloris Dye of Smithville; and several nices and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister Freda Bush and one niece Tammy Dye Hatfield.
Services were held at the Raiguel Funeral Home in Harrisvile, with Rev. Carroll McCauley officiating.
