Henry Beckham, 79, of Corydon, Ind., formerly of Owen County, died Friday at Carroll County Hospital. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Monterey Baptist Church, Owen County.
Survivors include his wife, Lottie; sons, Jimmy Beckham of New Albany, Ind.; Sidney Beckham of Estill Springs, Tenn., and Dave Beckham of New Salisbury, Ind.; daughters, Loretta Wainscott of Carrollton and Edna Palmer of Louisville; brothers, Sidney Beckham Jr. of Erlanger, Chester Beckham of Lexington and George Beckham of Frankfort; sisters, Ella Wright and Betty Davis, both of Owenton; 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at McDonald Funeral Home, Main Street, Owenton. Burial will be in the Monterey Masonic Cemetery.
