Adolphe was the son of Johannes Mollet and Anna Eggenberg. He was born in Ramsen, Switzerland. Adolphe married Elise Grandlienard on January 10, 1874 in Perrefitte, Bern, Switzerland in the Chaliere Church. After their first eight children were born Adolphe brought his family to America, arriving at Castle Garden, New York on September 11, 1886 on the steamship "Edam".

They soon settled in Finney County, Kansas where their two youngest children were born.

Adolphe and his family became naturalized citizens on July 5, 1892 at Ulysses, Kansas.

By 1896 Adolph and family had moved to San Francisco, California, living there for about six to seven years.

This was followed with a move to Chickasha, Oklahoma, an area where many of his descendants live today.

His burial in this cemetery comes from data listed on RootsWeb World Connect. He was transferred from Fairview.
