Dorothy Louise Hardison, 78, of Springfield, died Sunday June 9, 2013 at North Crest Medical Center.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday June 12th at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating.

Interment will follow in Robertson County Memorial Gardens with Jeff Carlisle, Bailey Mays, Terry Smith, Tommy Smith, Kerry Clinard, Bruce Traughber, Darren Hallman, and Evan Brown serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hardison was born October17, 1934 in Logan County, KY to the late Raymond and Deaney Gilliam Bagby.

She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She formerly worked at Electrolux in Springfield, and then worked at Professional Bags until her retirement.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Ruby Smith and Shirley Johnson, and by her grandson: Troy Clinard. Mrs. Hardison is survived by her husband of 63 years: Ray Hardison of Springfield, son and daughter-in-law: Jerry and Lesa Hardison of Woodlawn, daughters and sons-in-law: Martha and Charles Redfern of Cedar Hill, Patricia and Joe Carlisle of Greenbrier, Jean and Danny Clinard of Greenbrier, Sue and Billy Adams of Cedar Hill, Wanda and Ronald Clinard of Springfield, Lucille and Jack Foy of Portland, Tina Hardison of Springfield, brothers: Raymond Bagby, Jr. of Greenbrier, Raydell Bagby of Russellville, KY, 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren
