Frank A. Collins, age 61, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 9, 2013. A 23-year Milton resident, he was formerly from W. Medford. Mr. Collins was an engineer of CBI (formerly Shaw Engineering), Canton, and a U.S. Vietnam era Navy veteran. The beloved husband of Ann M. (Kirrane), he was the devoted father of Jennifer A. Collins of Quincy; the loving son of the late Richard and Eleanor (Paolucci) Collins; and the dear son-in-law of Mary T. of Jamaica Plain and the late Joseph Kirrane. Also survived by his brother, John Collins and his wife Cindy of Texas; his brothers-in-law and sister-in- law, Dennis of W. Roxbury and Kevin Kirrane of Sandwich and Deborah Dailey of No. Attleboro; his cousin, Ted McCarthy of Quincy; and many loving nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Church, W. Quincy, Thursday at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will held at the Alfred D.
