PITTSFIELD, BERKSHIRE Co., MA - Mrs. Doris Natalina ( Delmolino ) Vallone ( 80y ) d: September 29, 2006 - of 349 Lenox Ave. died yesterday at Springside of Pittsfield. Born in West Stockbridge on July 09, 1926, daughter of Giulio and Rose Sondrini Delmolino, she attended schools there and in Stockbridge. She was a 1945 graduate of the former Williams High School. Mrs. Vallone was employed as a sales clerk for 45 years in various department stores in Pittsfield. She was last employed at Filene's department store in Lanesborough as a sales associate from 1996 until her retirement in 2001. She was also the proprietor of the former Vallone's Florist and Greenhouse for 12 years on West Houstonic Street. She was a coummunicant of All Soul's Church, and enjoyed reading. She and her husband, James Vallone, were married July 19, 1947, in St. Patrick's Church in West Stockbridge. He died Dec 14, 2002. She leaves three sons, Vincent M. Vallone, Francis J. Vallone and Jay Vallone, all of Pittsfield; eight granchildren; and three great-grandchildren. jar END:
