GREAT BARRINGTON, BERKSHIRE Co., MA - Mr. Giulio Delmolino ( 91y ) d: January 19, 1981 - of 1716 West Housatonic St. died Monday morning at Willowood Nursing Home in Great Barrington after a long illness. His wife, the former Rose Sondrini, died Dec 24, 1977. He was born June 24, 1889, in Postlesio, Sondrio, Italy, the son of Costante and Costanza Dalone Delmolino. He attended school in Italy. After moving to the United States, he lived most of his life in West Stockbridge. Mr. Delmolino was an Army veteran of World War I. He was employed by the former New York & New Haven Railroad for 20 years, retiring in 1953. He was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in West Stockbridge and a member of American Legion Post 254 of West Stockbridge. Survivors include a son, Emilio Delmolino of Pittsfield; a daughter, Mrs. James Vallone of Pittsfield; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, another daughter, Mrs. Agatha Romeo, died in 1947. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, West Stockbridge. Bearers: will be Francis, Vincent, and Jay Vallone, Richard Delmolino, and Robert A. Romeo, all grandsons, and Kevin Delmolino, a great grandson. jar END:
