Mrs. Orilla Sparks, widow of the late William Sparks, Sr., passed away Saturday morning, April 14, after a short illness from pneumonia, aged 80 years. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jonathan Stowell, Mrs. Clark Austin, one son, William Sparks, several grandchildren, three brothers, four sisters and a large number of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Sparks has been a member of the W.R.C. ever since its organization and was always interested in the welfare of the order. The funeral services were conducted in the late home Monday afternoon by Rev. T.T. Davies and burial was in Evergreen cemetery.
