BENNINGTON--Marguerite E. "KiKi" Wright, 85, a former resident of Wrights Road, town of Easton, N.Y., passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at the VanRensselaer Manor Nursing Facility in Troy, N.Y. She was the mother of Richard G. Wright of Bennington. Born on June 21, 1922 in Schuylerville, N.Y., daughter of George and Leona Lemieux Fremont, she was one of 14 children. Mrs.Wright was a graduate of Schuylerville Central School and the Albany Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. As a registered nurse, she had been employed at local doctor's offices in Greenwich, the Mary McClellan Hospital in Cambridge, and retired from the Pleasant Valley Nursing Facility in Argyle. She was a communicant of the Church of St. Peter in Stillwater and a member of the LDO Club in Easton. She married Gordon Wright on May 15, 1944 in Schuylerville, a marriage that lasted 60 years. She leaves her children, Richard G. Wright, Jr. and his wife, Jane, of Bennington, Robert Wright and his wife, Smith Ann, of Greenwich, N.Y., Jonathan Wright of Colonie, N.Y., and Christie Dudar and her husband, Joseph, of Latham, N.Y.; a brother, Robert Fremont of Gainesville, Fla.; a sister Mary Schoenecker of Cape Haze, Fla.; 10 grandchildren , three great-grandsons and two great-great-granddaughters. She was predeceased by her brothers, the Rev. Gilbert Fremont, Leon Fremont, and Joseph Fremont, and by her sisters, Rita Ruff, Lillian Taylor, Dorothy Ryan, Beatrice Meloche, Marie Foster, Leona Mason, Harriet Boex and Gloria Marozin. FUNERAL NOTICE: A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at her home parish, Notre Dame-Visitation Church, Pearl Street, Schuylerville on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 10 a.m. The Rev. John Kirwin will officiate. The Rite of Committal will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Schaghticoke.
