Mrs. Nancy S. Masheter
Mrs. Nancy S. Masheter, 79, died Sunday, September 12, 1926, at her home, 1308 Lewis street, Stillwater, Ok.
Funeral services were held at the Strode Funeral home, 610 Duncan street, at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Allen S. Davis. Burial was in Fair Lawn cemetery.
The decedent is survived by five children, two of them, Mrs. C.E. Hull and Miss Mable Masheter, living in Stillwater. The others are C.C. Masheter, Tryon; Mrs. H.L. Wallace, Mercedes, Tex., and J.A. Masheter, Glencoe. She is survived, too, by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Masheter was born in Meigs county, Ohio, May 19, 1847. She came to Oklahoma in 1899, with her husband and family, settling two and a half miles southeast of Stillwater. Mr. and Mrs. Masheter celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary March 4, 1916. Mr. Masheter died December 21, 1918.
