Lona Bellah Bennett
Lona Bellah Bennett, age 105, of Stockbridge, died May 7, 2004. She was born in Stockbridge, GA to the late John and Alice Gossett Bellah.
Mrs. Bennett was a retired school teacher, teaching in the Stockbridge City Schools and other schools throughout Georgia and North Carolina. She was a member of Stockbridge Presbyterian Church where several of her paintings hang. She was known for her paintings and wonderful stories of her childhood in Stockbridge.
She is survived by her daughter and son in-law, Lona and Jack Robertson, Gainesville, GA; grandson Wayne and Amy Robertson, New Jersey; great grandchildren Laura and Amanda Robertson.
