Robert John Tidball Sr. Ormond Beach, FL Tidball, Robert John Sr., passed away Saturday, January 12th, 2013 at the age of 84. He was born July 7, 1928 in the town of Duanesburg, NY, and lived there until the age of 16 then moving to Schenectady, NY, where he worked as a planner for General Electric for 34 plus years. At one time he also owned Lustre Cleaners for five years. He was a past grand and honorary member of The Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Schenectady and lastly lived in Ormond Beach, FL since 1988, belonging to the American Legion Post 267 there. Survived by his wife of 33 years, Leah W. Tidball; and predeceased by his son, Robert J., Jr.; and daughter, Joanne C. Baker. He had three surviving children, Susan J. Perry, Randy Scott Tidball and Heather Lynn Mercoglan. Leah's children are Pamela Grossman, Victoria Cash, Barbara Grossman and Bruce Burri. Several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews also survive. His remaining siblings are Lucille Palmer and Lawrence Tidball. He was a great and loving man.
