WINAMAC - David E. Roudebush, 69, 813 S. Market St., died at 1:43 p.m. Monday in Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac.

He was born March 30, 1917, in Fortville, to Earl D and Lola Brooks Roudebush. He was married Dec. 24, 1938, in Culver to Hazel Warner, who survives.

He was retired from General Tire and Rubber Company in Logansport, where he was a tool and dye maker. He was a World War II veteran, having served in the Army Air Corps. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Winamac, Winamac Lodge 262 F&AM, Peru Elks 365, Moose Lodge 1107 in Rochester, Eagles Lodge 323 in Logansport, William Paca Lodge, Order of Sons of Italy
in America, Winamac Coin Club, Winamac Conservation Club, and National Rifle Association. He also was a life member of
Numismatics.

Also surviving are a daughter, Laura Bitterling, Logansport; two sons, Kent Roudebush, Winamac, and Rex Roudebush, Kokomo; a brother, Brooks Roudebush, Winamac; and six grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Frain Mortuary, with the Rev. John Sargent officiating. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home, where Masonic services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m.
