He resided in Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada, then moved to Devlin, Ontario until the passing of his father nine years later. His mother remarried in 1949 to Wilmot (Bill) Godin, briefly living in Fort Frances, Ontario, before taking permanent residence in International Falls, MN.
Henry was hired by Minnesota and Ontario Paper Company in 1956 until 1966. He moved briefly, living in Everett, WA. He then returned to International Falls, and was rehired at Boise Cascade, Insulite Division in the Finishing/Shipping Dept. He worked in the Pulp Mill, retiring in 1999 from the Process Center after 32 consecutive years of service.
Henry had various skills including working on cars, especially transmission repairs, carpentry, and tractor restoration. He enjoyed playing on his ATV, hunting, traveling, gardening, being with friends and family, especially his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Macedon; infant sister, Patricia Macedon; mother, Mary Godin; daughter, Tillena C. (Macedon) Foxx, sister, Eleanor S. Degagne; and step-father Wilmot (Bill) Godin.
Henry is survived by his children: Bonita M. Macedon, Harold Macedon, Sheila B. Sobkowicz, and Rebecca R. Kuzel; six grandchildren; sisters: Christine (Rodney) Roderick; Carol Pigeon; brother, David Godin; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Interment at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery.
