Mr. Mills died Friday at his residence. He moved to Albany 32 years ago from Winchester. He was a semi-retired farmer and retired in 1975 after working 10 years as a custodian for the Albany School Corp. Mr. Mills was a member of Albany Nazarene Church and attended White Chapel Church.
Survivors include his wife, Helen; two sons, Arvin Mills, Muncie, and Dale Mills, Albany; two daughters, Mrs. Rodney (Vivian) Bilby, Muncie, and Mrs. John (Ireda) Welch, Albany; two brothers, Fred Mills, Lynn, and Clessie Mills, Anderson; a half-brother, Marvin Howell, Farmland; a sister, Mrs. Wilbert (Olive) Bales, Farmland; two stepsisters, Mrs. Dorothy Harmon and Mrs. Eva Clements, both of Peoria, Ill.; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. His brother, Emerson G. Mills, Farmland, died one week earlier.
