We announce with sadness the death of little Fannie the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wagner, one week ago in the bloom of health, today a radiant seraph above.
Silence filled the courts of Heaven,
Hushed were seraphs harps and tones,
When the little new born seraph,
Kneels before the Eternal Throne;
While its soft white hands are lifted,
Clasped, as if in earnest prayer,
Lord from thy Throne of Glory here,
My heart turns fondly to another,
O, Lord, our God, our comforter,
Comfort, comfort, my sweet mother.
