Vidalia - Eloise Bedingfield Conner, died Friday, January 17, 2003.
Mrs. Conner was born April 16, 1916 in Rentz, Laurens County, GA and had lived in Vidalia since 1946. She was a graduate of Georgia State College for Women in Milledgeville, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Vidalia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Herbert Ira Conner in 1994.
Survivors: four daughters and sons-in-law, Vivian and Jon Parker and Judy and Frank Scarborough, all of Houston, TX, Nancy and Douglas Coxwell of Portsmouth, NH, and Martha and Robert Ricard of Orlando, FL; one sister, Grace B. Smith of Dublin; two sisters-in-law, Martha M. Bedingfield of Vidalia and Doris H. Bedingfield of Dublin; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Mrs. Conner's residence on Sunday afternoon.
Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 20 at the First United Methodist Church of Vidalia with Rev. David Blalock officiating.
Burial: Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
Remembrances: First United Methodist Church of Vidalia.
