Anna "Marie" McCoy, 90, of Windy Hill Village of the Presbyterian Homes, Philipsburg, and formerly of Clearfield died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006, at the village.
Born Jan. 29, 1916, at Clearfield, she was a daughter of Lavern and Sarah (Law) Luce.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Clearfield, and was a former member of the Second Ward Hose Co. Auxiliary.
Mrs. McCoy had been employed at the former DuPont Airplane Marine Co. and had retired from McDonald's at Clearfield after several years of service.
On Oct. 11, 1930, she wed Edwin E. McCoy, who died Jan. 31, 1994
She is survived by three grandchildren, William E. Haagen and his wife, Mary Ann McDonough, of Milesburg, Randy L. Haagen of Bellefonte, and Leslie Ann Dubbs and her husband, Theodore, of Mill Hall; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Harold Luce and his wife, Dorothy, of Clearfield; one sister, Margaret Lines of Clearfield; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. McCoy was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Jane Haagen; three brothers, Frederick Luce, Robert Luce an Clair Luce; and a sister Hazel Luce.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. at The Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc., Clearfield, with the Rev. Robert L. Rupp officiating.
Interment will be at Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home today from 7-9 p.m. and tomorrow from noon until the hour of services.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
