Funeral services will be Friday in the Chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home at 10 a.m. with Chaplain Charles Goldsmith officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home chapel this evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mrs. Rigsby was born Jan. 30, 1936, in Bloomington, Ill., the daughter of the late William and Adah Oesch. She graduated from high school and shortly thereafter married her husband of 52 years, Eldon B. Rigsby. As a military wife, Mrs. Rigsby lived in many locations, including Germany, but spent the majority of her life in Ozark.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Eldon B. Rigsby of Ozark; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth Rigsby and wife Dianne of Dothan, Brian Scott Rigsby and wife Elisabeth of Navarre, Fla.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Paula Rigsby Carroll and husband Bill of Ozark, Lori Rigsby Johnson and husband Bruce of Midland City; four sisters, Ida Miehsner, Alpha Sweeney, Dorothy Neal, all of Bloomington, Ill., Ada Peasley of Des Moines, Iowa; one brother, Ted Oesch of Bloomington, Ill.; eight grandchildren, Brad and Dustin Carroll, Matthew Johnson, Amanda, Amy and Brian Rigsby, Kip Kelley and Candy Gilley.
