John Sherman Fitch, 70, died. Son of Henry and Phoebe Fitch, born Mt. Erie, Oct. 13, 1887. Married Emma Ferris July 15, 1911. 2 children. Also took in and reared a 13 month old baby girl and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Willie, Walter, Elmer and Homer and 2 sisters Lucy Orr and Bessie Dry. Leaves wife, Emma and daughter Geneva, and a son Bluford of Three River, Minn. A foster daughter Isabelle Berg Turner of Tulsa, Okla, one brother Herschel of Monticello, Ind. and 4 sisters, Lounetta Patterson of Fairbault, Minn., Nellie Keyser of Mt. Erie, Anna Walker of Noble and Ollie Crew of Mt. Carmel. Koontz Cemetery.
