Rozelia (Rose) Wolfley Cazier, 81, died Tuesday, Dec 3, in Afton.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, Dec 6 at 1 p.m. in the Afton Second-Third LDS Ward Building. Burial was under the direction of Schwab Mortuary in the Afton Cemetery.
She was born Feb 4, 1904 in Freedom, Wyo. to Henry Lewis and Jeanette McGavin Wolfley. She married Edgar LeRoy Cazier on March 26, 1926 in Paris, Idaho. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.
She grew up in Etna, Wyo. where she went to the fourth grade. She ran a business for 17 years. She will be remembered for her original "Hot Dog Sauce" that was sold in her store, "Cazier Sweet Shop". She was a member of the LDS church serving in various capacities including in the mutual presidency. She was very compassionate taking in many meals to the sick. She cared for her father and her mother-in-law in their later years, as well as caring for her grandmother when she was a young girl.
She is survived by her husband of Afton, two sons and three daughters, a foster daughter; and four brothers and two sisters.
She was preceded in death by her son Melvin; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two brothers and two sisters.
