Jeweldene Branstetter, age 71 of Pawhuska, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at her residence. Jeweldene was born May 22, 1942 to Luther and Grace Norene (Rowe) Balentine in Baxter Springs, Kansas. Jeweldene attended Hominy Public Schools. Jeweldene married William Branstetter who preceded her in death in 2004. She has lived in Pawhuska since 2007. Jeweldene was retired from The Conner's Correctional Center, Hominy, Oklahoma where she worked as a secretary.



She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Brandon, two sisters and one brother.

Graveside services service were Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the A.J. Powell Pavilion at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Wayne Brown officiating.

Interment was in the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery with Powel Funeral Home making the arrangements. (Powell)
