SPRINGFIELD - Marjorie V. McDonald, 84, of Springfield died Friday, June 3, 2005, at Vonderleith Living Center in Mount Pulaski.
She was born Feb. 8, 1921, in Springfield, the daughter of Harvey and Millie Eyers Branan. She married Herbert S. McDonald in 1942; he died in 2002.
Mrs. McDonald retired from Franklin Life after 32 years. She was a member of South Side Christian Church.
Survivors: two sons, Lynn McDonald (fiancee, Edith Bowman) of Bartonville and Stanley (wife, Barbara) McDonald of Chatham; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mabel Dennison of Mount Pulaski; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: 1 p.m. Monday, Staab Funeral Home, Robert Green officiating. Burial: Camp Butler National Cemetery.
