Mrs Allen (Marion) Heagle 61, died in Community Hospital Elizabethtown, NY on May 5, 1977. She had been in ill health since Nov. She was born in Cornwall, Ontario, the daughter of Harold and Hannah Cameron Fickes. She was married to Allen
Heagle, June 6, 1939 at the Presbyterian Church in
Moulinette, Ont. They resided on a farm in Aultsville, Ont until it was taken by the seaway. They purchased the former Fred Fallon farm on Brigg St., Westville, where they lived for a number of years. A few years ago they sold the farm and purchased the Timberland Sales and Service near Ausable Chasm. Marion was very active in the business until she became ill. She was a member of Westville Presbyterian Church and Covington Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. Besides her husband and father she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John (Barbara) Duran, one brother, Allen of LaMirada, Ca., one sister, Mrs. Neil (Jean) McDonald of Cornwall. Burial was in St. Lawrence Cemetery, Canada where her mother was buried. Several from Covington Chapter Order of The Eastern Star attended the services.
