LAYTON – Andrew Duane Tucker, 71, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013.

He was born September 19, 1941 in Hiawatha, Utah the son of Andrew C. and Hannah Riley Tucker.

Andrew married Lee Norton on July 2, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They were later divorced.

He married Susan Jackson on June 12, 1989 in Reno, Nevada.

He served in the U.S. Navy. He worked at Hill AFB and retired after 25 years.

He was a member of the LDS Church. Andrew loved the outdoors, camping, pets and being with his children and grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife Susan, son Mark (Aimee) Tucker, Gilbert, AZ; daughters, Anna Messick, Orem; Shelly (Mike) Johnson, Layton; Kelly Bigler, Centerville; Natalie (Bruce) Longson, Kaysville; 17 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and sister, Sandra (Dennis) Hansen, Price.

Preceded in death by his parents, son Chuckie, sister JoAnn and granddaughter, Megan.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
