Chico Record, Wednesday Morning, July 13, 1910, pg 1 col 2: Death of Lavinia Parker. Mrs. Lavinia [note spelling] Parker, an aged resident of this city, died yesterday in Napa. The body will be brought to this city today for interment.

Chico Record, Friday Morning, July 15, 1910, pg 5 col 4: Funeral of Mrs. Parker. The funeral of Mrs. Lavina Parker, who died last Tuesday, will be held this afternoon at 1 o’clock from the Fetters & Williams mortuary chapel. Interment will be made in the Chico cemetery.

The deceased was aged seventy-six years and for many years was a well-known and respected resident of this city. There survive three sons, D.R. Parker, Herman Parker, and Harry Parker, and one daughter, Mrs. Farrens.
