"Mrs. Ina M. Platt, 84, Hollansburg, OH, died 26 May 1968 at the Wayne Hospital, Greenville, OH. Mrs. Platt, a Randolph Co. native was a retired school teacher. She had lived at Hollansburg since 1938. She was the widow of Omer Platt. Mrs. Platt was a member of the Hollansburg United Church of Christ. Additional survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Thomas of Hollansburg; three grandchildren. Funeral was in New Madison, with burial in the Hollansburg Cemetery."
