Death of Mrs. Mary Murrow. Mrs. Mary Morrow, a pioneer resident of this county, died at her home on Fifth Street and Esther Avenue last Thursday evening from an attach of heart failure.
Deceased was a native of Alance Lorraine France where she was born November 28, 1844 a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Burgy. She came to America with her parents and in 1852 the family came across the plains with an ox team and settled in this city where she has since resided. In 1859 she married George B. Ernst, who died in 1873, leaving her with five children. In 1876 she was married to George W. Morrow and four children were born to them. She is survived by all her children and her husband, all of whom were present at her funeral which was held from St. James Cathedral last Monday morning.
The death of Mrs. Morrow makes the fourth death in the Burgy family in the past eighteen months, three brothers having died during that period.
