LETTI DINTINO OBRADOVICH-OTTERSON "Dr. O", 74 years old, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Palm Beach County on December 9, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Letti is preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Darlene and husband, Mel Obradovich. She is survived by her second husband, Chuck Otterson (married May, 2008); devoted children, Dane (Kelly), Doug (Candace) and Nedra; grandchildren, Courtney (Keal Curran), Aubrey and Kiley (Doug), Malia and Anya (Nedra), Chandler and Lily (Dane); loving sister, Darlene Large (Bruce); aunt, Nell Kohler; cousins, which include Larry Clipper (West Palm Beach). She was born in Glassport, PA in 1936 and moved to West Palm Beach with her husband, Mel in 1956. Letti was very active in community organizations (DEC, Urban League, PTA, etc) and her church, The Church of Jesus Christ, where she developed many loyal friendships. As a PhD, she was an Educator with the Palm Beach County School System for many dedicated years, retiring in 1999. It is impossible to list all the young people touched by "Dr. O", but her legacy lives on through their accomplishments. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM, Sunday, December 12 at The Church of Jesus Christ, 4461 Haverhill Rd, Lake Worth. In lieu of flowers, Letti's desire was to have donations made to: HOINA, PO Box 636, Brownstown, PA 17508. Our sincere prayers are that our lives will honor your tender example. We love you, Mom.
