Beth McFerson Martini

Early Sunday morning August 2, 2009, Beth returned to her loved ones.

Born and raised in Clearfield until she married and moved to Salt Lake City, eventually moving back to Clearfield where they lived as long-time residents.

Beth married Edward J. (Whitey) Martini on July 15, 1941 in Evanston, Wyoming. He preceded her in death on January 6, 1996.

She enjoyed painting, sewing, ceramics, camping, traveling, knitting, crocheting and needle point.

Beth was always so loving and kind to those she came in contact with.

Surviving are her son Robert Martini and his wife Dixie, daughter-in-law Marlene, brothers, Roy and Jed McFerson, 10 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, son Edward Martini and brother David McFerson.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 7, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
