Horace Graford Jennings was born December 20, 1923 in Albany, Texas,and passed away at home on April 30, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Graford was a veteran of the U.S Army-Air Force, serving on ground crew with the 306th Bombardment Group in England from 1943 to 1945. He retired from the City of Dallas as a plumbing inspector and was employed for many years as an estimator for plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors. Graford was a 32nd degree Mason Member of Scottish Rite and longtime Sunday school teacher at Casa View Christian Church. He is survived by wife Margaret Jennings, sons Joe and Cary Jennings, and daughter-in–law Kay Jennings. Services will be held by private burial at Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery.

Note: Though not mentioned in Graford's obituary, he also was survived by one 102-year-old sister, Lois (Jennings) Rodgers of Salem, Arkansas. He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Dora (Williams) Jennings and four siblings, plus one sibling that died in infancy.
