Governor & Mrs. Clements leave the Texas Capitol under the traditional arch of sabers held by members of the Ross Volunteers of Texas A&M University on Jan. 16, 1979 during Inauguration Day. Lieutenant Governor Bill Hobby (who was sworn-in for his third term) and his wife, Diana Stallings Hobby are following the Clements'.
