Later he married Elizabeth Stater (1890-1955) on 1 Dec 1922 in Clayton, MO. Elizabeth was a school teacher in the area school. After Elizabeth's death in 1955, he married Muriel Wilkinson (1896-1982) on 9 Oct 1959 in Steeleville, MO.
Oliver Baldwin died 1 Jul 1977 in Sullivan, MO and was buried at New Rock Cemetery on 4 Jul 1977. He was a trustee of that cemetery.
