Margaret is survived by her daughter, Kathleen, and her son, Brian (Karen); 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon; her daughters Shirley and Nancy; and her son-in-law, Robert H. White.
Margaret served in various positions in the LDS Church. She loved music and her family, and for many years cared for family members who had failing health. She loved crafts, crocheting hundreds of afghans, slippers, and scarves. Margaret was a quiet example of faith, optimism, tolerance, and patience.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., at the LDS Cottonwood Seventh Ward Meeting House located at 5565 So. Neighbor Lane (1610 E), Holladay, Utah. A viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 in the same building. Interment at Wasatch Lawns Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Holladay-Cottonwood Memorial Mortuary.
