Mrs. Agnes E. Huffman, 76, of 422 S. Kickapoo st., died at 2:20 pm, Monday in Abraham Lincoln Memorial hospital. The body was removed to Kerrigan Funeral Home and will be taken to the family residence where friends may call Wednesday afternoon and evening. The rosary will be recited at 8 pm, Wednesday at the residence.

Services will be at 9:30 am Thursday from St. Patrick's church of which she was a member. The Rev D.F. Monaghan will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.

The deceased was born Nov. 29, 1886 in Broadwell township, the daughter of James H., and Mary Rourke Hickey. She was married to Harry H. Huffman Jan. 22, 1929, in St. Patrick's church and he died Sept. 9, 1962. She leaves a son, Harry Emmett Huffman, of Lincoln; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Brosamer and Mrs. A.C. Wacaser of Lincoln, and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.

Mrs. Huffman was a member of Daughters of Isabella. Altar and Rosary Society and Retired Teachers association. She taught in Lincoln and Logan County schools for 25 years.
