"Arlene Wood of Willcox died April 26, 2013 at the age of 75. She was born in Bisbee, Arizona on February 22, 1937 to Fletcher A. Awtrey and Annie John Dean. Arlene was a member of the United Church of God in Sierra Vista and the Willcox Cowbelles Association. On October 14, 1954 in Bisbee she married Jack Wood who survives her. She is also survived by her sons Wayne (Donna) Wood of San Simon, Arizona and Bill Jack (Gloria) Wood of Willcox and her daughters Coleen (Ken) Moore of Animas, New Mexico, Nancy (Ray) Nevins and Quanah (Ed) Tinney both of Willcox along with 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Her brothers Albert Awtrey of Deming, New Mexico, Howard Awtrey of Animas, New Mexico and Ted (Wanda) Awtrey of Rodeo, New Mexico and her sister Kitty Graham of Colorado Springs, Colorado also survive her. Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of San Simon with burial to follow in Homewood Cemetery."
