Dorothy Deloris Crawford, 86, resident of Bartlesville, died Friday morning, April 26, 2013 in Bartlesville.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday April 29, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Nowata, with Chaplain Sam Garner, chaplain for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol officiating. Casket Escorts for Mrs. Crawford will be members of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Honor Guard. Graveside services and interment will be under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Washington County SPCA at 16620 State Highway #123 Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, or to the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Oklahoma 320 S. E. Delaware Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003.
Mrs. Crawford was born at Delaware, Oklahoma on November 3, 1926 to William M. and Beulah F. (Young) Crawford. She grew up there and attended Delaware High School, where she graduated in 1946. She began her working career at Phillips Petroleum Company in September 7, 1946 in the sales department, then in gas and liquids, and later to the treasury Department, until she moved to the office of the Secretary where she worked for over 23 years, retiring from Phillips in 1985. Her hobbies included quilting, crocheting, sewing, and reading.
Mrs. Crawford is survived by her son Randall Eugene "Randy" Page and wife Debbie of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and by her daughter Mrs. Patricia Lynn "Patti" Cook and her husband Tommy of Bartlesville, and one grandchild; Adam Christopher Page and wife Melissa of Alpena Michigan, and by 3 great –grandchildren; Aubrey Ann Page, Aiden Christopher Page, and Owen Michael Page, by 3 nieces Deloris Jean Nolf, Mary and husband Mike Mayfield both of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and Catherine Louise Sands and husband Sam of Ft. Collins Colorado, and by a nephew William Alfred Crawford Jr. of Caney Kansas, and by her special friends Jim & Dora Mae Pendleton, of Bartlesville, and by her beloved dog "Buttons" who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents William M. & Beulah F. Crawford, and by and by two sisters, Marguerite Irene Burgess, and Blanche Don Carlos, and by a brother William Alfred Crawford.
