∼Daughter of Hubbard Bellows Tuttle & Lucy Loomis
Married Milo Andrus, 6 Dec 1862, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah
Children - Ernest Amos Andrus, Oscar Andrus, Byron Andrus
History - Milo's third wife, Lucy, had a daughter named Francenia Lucy Tuttle by her first marriage. Francenia became Milo's 11th wife. She was born at Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts on 8 October 1845. The early history of her life is intertwined with that of her mother. When her father, Hubbard Tuttle, went to California In 1849, Francenia was the baby of the family. A few months after he left, a son, whom he never saw, was born to Lucy.
After receiving the sacred priesthood rites and ordinances of the endowment, on which the divine order of eternal marriage was based, Francenia was married to Milo in the Endowment House on 6 December 1862. Francenia was the mother of three sons, but only one, Oscar, lived to maturity. When Lucy moved to Spanish Fork, Francenia went with her and helped In the management of the Spanish Fork House, which they built. Francenia's first child, Byron, died at age four. At age 27 Francenia passed away, leaving Ernest Amos, who was a year and a half old, and Oscar, who was six years old, to be cared for by their grandmother, Lucy.
