Lillie Faye Barber Bagley; also known as loving Mother, Grandma (LilyPad) and Great-Grandma, lived to be age 82. The cause of death was complications from brain surgery a month prior.

Lillie was born to parents, Rudolph Otis Barber and Geneva Taylor Barber; who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Laura Barber and brother, Carl Barber. She lived in Houston, Texas the majority of her adult life but relocated to Cayuga, Tx in 1999 where she resided at the time of her death. She was divorced in 1982 from her children's father, T. D. "Tee" Bagley. She never remarried but instead chose to rely only on herself.

She is survived by her brother, Harlus F. Barber and wife Gloria with their three son, Fred, Doug, Greg Barber and five granddaughters. She is also survived by daughters, Lisa Bagley Phillips (Mike) and Johnana Bagley. Surviving grandchildren: Amanda Conley, Jenna Vandefifer, Ashley Lawson, Blake Phillips, Christina Bagley, Michael Phillips and Destiney Phillips. Surviving great grandchildren; Caleb Speckman, Aiyana Conley and Johathan Matthew Conley. Additionally surviving is her loving best friend Dorothy Holmes of 55 years.

She retired from Texas Department of Criminal Justice last October 2012; she was not employed with TDCJ until she was 75 years old. She was highly admired and regarded at all places of employment.

Lillie will be remembered for her deep love, caring and dedication for her family and close friends, as well as for her intelligence, determination, outstanding mental strengths, physical ability and last but not least her well-recognized sense of humor. She was a leader who started a legacy that will continue for many years to come.

Services held at Christ Community Church with Pastor Clint Bass. Burial followed at Land of Memory on Hwy 287 N.
