Rhea Mae Langford Pulsipher, 72, died while vacationing in Kauai, Hawaii, on January 5, 2004. She had been residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born January 7, 1931. She married Elwin Dean Pulsipher in the St. George Temple, June 12, 1953. He preceded her in death in September of 1987.
Rhea and Elwin traveled extensively with the military throughout their lives, before settling in Provo, Utah. Rhea worked for BYU, in the Communications Department for 12 years before her retirement. She then moved to her childhood hometown in Overton, Nevada.
She is survived by her children: Jill (Steve) Jones; Michele (Bill) Karren; Mike (Margie) Pulsipher; Matt (Rachel) Pulsipher; and Norma Jean (Scott) McHale. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held Saturday, January 10, 2004, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo.
Interment, East Lawn Memorial Hills.
