Tennille Rites Today For Mrs. Little, 79
TENNILLE - Services for Mrs. Effie Brooks Little, 79, of Tennille, who died Friday in a local nursing home after a long illness, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Tennille Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Zeta Cemetery in Tennille.
Mrs. Little was born in Washington County and had lived most of her life in Tennille, where she was co-owner of Little Studios until her retirement several years ago. She was a member of the Tennille Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher and a member of the Woman's Missionary Union. She was the widow of Clarence Leroy Little.
Survivors include a son, C. Leroy Little of Tennille; a brother, A.C. Brooks of Sandersville; stepmother, Mrs. A.R. Brooks of Madison; three granddaughters and two great granddaughters.
