Juanita "Lou" Damron Lewis, 64, of Douglas Parkway, died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2003, at her home.
She was born in Pikeville, Aug. 14, 1938, a daughter of the late Hascal and Mary Leah Damron.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Lawrence Reynolds; and one brother.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Lewis; two sons, Bob Reynolds of Corbin and John Reynolds of Lexington; two daughters, Lois (Mrs. Bill) Reynolds of Lexington and Lyla Fields of Pikeville; one sister, Jeanetta Bentley of Little Creek; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at noon Tuesday, Aug. 12, in the Lucas & Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Don Little, Ted Honaker and Ted Robinson officiating. Burial followed in the Potter Cemetery. Arrangements were under direction of Lucas & Hall Funeral Home of Pikeville.
