Ann is my 2nd gr-grandfather's sister-in-law. She is the daughter of Reuben Tucker. She married 1st) William Kipp; 2nd ? Dickerman.

New Rochelle Pioneer Nov 29 1890 -

Mrs Nancy Kipp Dickerman died at her residence on Mount Airy, Croton Landing on the Hudson, on Wednesday, Nov 19th in the 91st yr of her life.


Mrs Dickerman was born at Croton, or as it was called Colaback on the 8th day of November 1800. Her father, Reuben Tucker was a Revolutionary soldier and his brother was a Major in the same army.


After her first marriage ( this would be to Wm Kipp) she removed to NYC. After her second marriage (this would be Dickerman) whe removed to Peekskill and thence to Croton near the spot where she was born.


She leaves 7 children, twenty grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.


Three of her children, Mrs Geo P Brown, Mrs Isaac N Kipp and Mr Reuben T Kipp, are residents of New Rochelle.
