Lillian I. Serre "Mom" Lillian I. Leoncini Serre passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 4, 2006 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born October 10, 1922 in Murray, Utah to John and Aurelia Pilati Leoncini. She married Joseph Serre Feb. 4, 1939; he preceded her in death on Aug 9, 1988. Lillian was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She loved her family and especially all of her grandchildren. She enjoyed working in her yard. She is survived by her children, Joe (Heidi) Serre, Las Vegas; Dawna (Don McQuiston), Ken (Ceann) Serre, daughter-in-law, Vicki Serre; Twelve Grandchildren and Thirteen Great-grandchildren; sister, Alta Potter; brother, John Leoncini. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; son, James; parents, and brother, Gene. A special thanks to the staff of Care Source and Nurse Nancy. Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 8, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1385 E. Spring Lane). Friends and family may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St. Interment Murray City Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.jenkins-soffe.com
