Mrs. Linnie Howell Collins of 403 Adams St., Lufkin, died at her residence Wednesday at 6:20 p.m. Mrs. Collins had resided in Lufkin for the past 30 years and was a member of the Long Chapel C.M.E. Church and the Willing Workers Aid Club.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. O. E. Collins; daughters, Miss Venetta Collins of Houston, Mrs. Hennye Andrews of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Hattie V. Reynolds of Lufkin; sisters, Mrs. Bertha Record of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Betty Davies and Mrs. Virginia Howell, both of Los Angeles.
Services are pending and will be announced by Colonial Mortuary.
